A woman who was brutally murdered may have been killed for spreading HIV, police have said.
Tangaru Ramazanova, 25, was found with multiple stab wounds in the city of Kizlyar in Russia's south-western Republic of Dagestan. Her body had been wrapped in plastic and dumped in grassland close to the Terek River.
Officers say she had been stabbed about 20 times in the body and had also been punched in the face.
